Arik Weinstein lives in Moshav Ein Yahav and works in agriculture. Most of his income comes from growing peppers for export. His love for wine led him to open a boutique winery. Arik took a wine-making course and began to bring in Cabernet and Merlot grapes from Kfar Shamai, which is next to Safed. He planted a vineyard in his yard and last year he produced 1000 bottles of wine. Arik welcomes guests to the vineyard and invites them for a guided tour and tastings of wine, cheese and olives. The guided tour includes pepper greenhouses and the family table-grape vineyard.
